My On-the-Job Training....

Accomplishment Report

As per requirement to all graduating students OJT (on-the-job training) is required. It was February 2, 2010, 8:30am at the aquarium when our OJT started. With the helped of Mr. Arrish Altavano-OJT coordinator; we, the ojt’s of Computer-Programming assisted with the things we did. We are assigned to Mr. Geraldgene Garduce as our Immediate Supervisor. On that day, Mr. Garduce is not yet around. So, the first thing we did is we registered at the fakenamegenerator. It was February 3, when Mr. Garduce went at the OJT area and he instructed us on the things we did. First, He gave refreshment about the work- S.E.O (Search Engine Optimazation) then he gave the assigned keywords (Slim suits, Formal wear for men) and the landing page (www.Ultimate suits.com). It was February 4, when our proper work started. At first, I felt uncomfortable and uneasy until I asked for helped from the others. From them, I easily grasped the ideas and techniques on how the work will smoothly flow. They gave me site for social networking and bookmarking- two of the six marketing avenues we are working for. From that, things fall into settled. It was February 24, when we are assigned to work at the embarcadero- SL BPO Office. WE are instructed to change our work from linked building to blogging. Since we already trained to work as blogger I found it useful than before. I enjoyed working with my colleagues. I learned the importance of time management, on how to deal with our supervisors and co-workers as well. I developed my interpersonal skills and self-confidence. I was molded to be a positive, knowledgeable, responsible and competitive one. All of these made possible through the helped of the people who contributed behind me. Without them, I’m sure that I can never reach my success. With deep appreciation, thank you very much! It was April 2, 2010, when my 200 hours OJT ended.
